Confirm supply for your destination
and delivery for your project

Source new AI infrastructure equipment and components for businesses worldwide. Agree feasible international transaction and delivery arrangements for the exact model, source location, destination and project schedule. Inventory and used equipment have separate condition disclosures and terms.

Supply Regions & Lead Times

Provide product models or applications, quantities, destination country and city, and required dates. Before ordering, verify equipment location, actual shipping origin, stock, batches and estimated delivery time.

Supply eligibility depends on the product, parties, end user, end use and destination. Where licenses or import restrictions apply, complete the relevant checks before concluding the transaction and shipping.

Quotations & Costs

Formal quotations specify currency, model, quantity, unit price, validity and cost coverage. State separately whether goods, freight, insurance, customs duties, import taxes and platform service fees are included.

Volume purchases and project supply can be quoted separately. Identify any estimated costs in the quotation.

Freight, Insurance & Customs Clearance

Discuss courier, air freight, sea freight or another suitable method based on product value, weight, dimensions, packaging requirements and schedule.

Before agreement, define delivery terms and the named place, packaging, insurance, export/import clearance responsibilities and importer of record. Confirm required documents, including the commercial invoice and packing list.

Contracts, Payment & Service Fees

Identify the seller, contracting party, payment recipient, delivery provider and warranty provider for each transaction, together with the platform's role and fees.

Payment method and milestones follow the order. Large or bulk transactions may use staged payments, sample approval or first-batch validation. If a letter of credit or third-party escrow is used, agree the provider and applicable procedures in advance. Verify contract and payment details before paying, and agree changes, cancellation, default and dispute handling before concluding the transaction.
